The Alpha Chi Omega central office moved to its first fraternity-owned property at 3445 Washington Boulevard in 1961. This building served as the fraternity's headquarters until 1974. Shown here is the building's living room. The bust of Hera (on the mantle) and the painting of the East College building at DePauw University (on the far wall) remain on display at the current headquarters.
