TAKE A PEEK INTO THE
chapter consultant EXPERIENCE!
LIVIA ROSARIO (GAMMA UPSILON, UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON)
"During my time as a consultant I have been able to make incredible connections. Everyone
within the organization and beyond is genuinely supportive and appreciative of the hard work
each person contributes. Even during the most stressful times, there's always someone to lean on
- whether it's for encouragement, a laugh or just a moment to breathe. These relationships, both
within my team and across campuses, have made this experience deeply meaningful. It's a
community where people truly show up for each other."
"In my role as a consultant, I feel I have experienced growth both personally and
professionally. I have had the opportunity to meet so many different people and take on
challenges that have shaped my thinking, improved my problem-solving and expanded my
perspective. These experiences have pushed me outside of my comfort zone, helping me become
adaptable, confident and effective in how I communicate, collaborate and handle change."
